Urban Family Council exists to build healthy families by providing education about, and advocating for, life, marriage and family.
UFC Welcomes New President!
Victor Cooper, holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in management as well as a Master of Arts in Religion (Biblical Studies) from Westminster Seminary, and currently is an adjunct professor at Rosemont and Gwynedd Mercy colleges.
Since 1996, he has been in leadership at True Light Fellowship Church in Philadelphia including Director of Missions (1995-1996), Associate Pastor of Missions (1996-2003) and Associate Pastor of Christian Education and Adult School of Biblical Studies from 2003-2008.
After 14 years as a New Jersey State Trooper, Victor spent five years (2003-2008) as Director of Facility and Stadium Security for the Philadelphia Eagles, Lincoln Financial Field and the NovaCare Complex.
We are delighted to introduce him to you and to have him assume the leadership of Urban Family Council. We anticipate not just that the ministry will continue under Victor, but that it will expand and serve even more youth and families.
